Hair extensions are available exclusively in combination with a consultation, during which the specialist assesses the guest’s needs and the condition of the natural hair. During the consultation, the following will be discussed:

the amount and length of hair required
the desired final result
the most suitable application technique
the selection of the necessary hair color(s)

Based on this, a personalized, custom price quote is prepared. The consultation ensures that the hair extension result is natural, long-lasting, and fully tailored to the guest’s needs. The consultation fee will be deducted from the price of the hair extension service.

How often do hair extensions need refreshing?

The frequency of hair extension maintenance primarily depends on the technique used and the characteristics of the natural hair. With keratin (heat) bonding, refreshing is generally recommended every 6–10 weeks, while sewn-in techniques typically require maintenance every 3–6 weeks. Fine hair may require more frequent refreshes, whereas thicker hair allows for longer intervals between appointments.

During the hair extension consultation, the specialist discusses all of this with the guest and together they determine the most suitable maintenance schedule based on individual needs and hair characteristics.

How does the hair extension process work?

Consultation: The process begins with a personal consultation, during which we assess the condition of the hair, discuss expectations, and select the most suitable technique (sewn-in or keratin bonding) and hair type based on hair structure and lifestyle.

Preparation of the extension hair: The selected premium-quality hair is customized, prepared, and perfectly color-matched to the natural hair to achieve a harmonious final result.
Application of premium hair: Hair extensions are applied using precise and gentle techniques, with special attention to natural appearance, comfort, and the long-term health of the hair.
Hair extension maintenance: Depending on regrowth and the chosen technique, regular refresh appointments are required. During these sessions, the extension hair is repositioned to ensure the hairstyle remains polished and aesthetically pleasing over time.
