How music and beauty relate in your opinion?

In music, just like in real life, I aim to be real, intelligible, modern and timeless. 

Is there any beauty advice that you got from your mother or grandmother?

I fill up an ice cube tray with green tea, and each morning I use a cube for a gentle face rub. It does wonders!

If you had one hour only for yourself how would you spend it?

I love all types of face- and body massages.

How can you inspire other women and how do you find inspiration?

Women I find inspiring have intellect, deep thoughts and substance behind their performance. I hope my career gives them power, that they find my songs uplifting and my shows add something to their lives. I believe the “women support women” philosophy - our future depends on it!

You give the impression of being a fragile, charming, delicate woman. How do you achieve this deep self-identity and harmony in yourself? 

Women in our family have always been strong and determined. They reach their goals and have crucial roles. I am used to making my own decisions and working for what I achieved. I have been leading a large group for years – mostly men - and we always got along.

If you could give advice to your 20-year-old self, what would it be?

That should remain my secret. However, I would definitely share my lifestyle with them, the choices I make in food, sports and beauty; the life I built.
