This time around, Nelli invites you on a wonderful transformative journey to the land of ancient culture and history: Armenia!

The cultural diversity and heritage of Armenia is unparalleled: the ancient cities, buildings and sacred sites of Mount Ararat (now part of Turkey) that are thousands of years old, create an atmosphere that is unique in the world. Many believe that this was the biblical Garden of Eden.

It is no coincidence that Nelli chose this particular country as the setting for the Retreat.

More than anything else, we need to slow down and return to our ancient, true values. Our world is changing at a pace that has gone beyond the human scale. Our daily lives have accelerated, and we are slowly forgetting the essence of being human. This is the focus of this Retreat: to quiet your soul, to find the way to yourself. We want to facilitate this process with a varied programme: there will be yoga flow, guided meditation, talks and a lecture on "The Energy of Love".

In addition to spiritual recharging and beautiful landscapes, Armenia is a true culinary experience. Traditional Armenian gastronomy has evolved over thousands of years and is influenced by Greek, Assyrian and Persian cuisine. The main characteristic of Armenian food is that it is extremely rich in flavour. Meat dishes are varied and complemented with vegetables, using only natural ingredients and fresh spices, mostly saffron, tarragon and raisins.

During the trip, traditional local dishes will be served every day, and there will also be a wine tour, a cooking class, lavash baking and a visit to the unmissable local market.

We would like the days of the trip to be digital detox days where you can completely relax and return home with a better quality of life.
