Kata Rendik - Transpersonal breathwork, rebirthing therapy, life coaching and meditation therapy – I invite you on a special journey to complete your gorgeous look with finding inner beauty.

Meditation can be described as gently sinking to the bottom of the sea where everything is nice and peaceful. The deepest depths are the most quiet; that is where we can find our inner self and true existence. The inner self is the bearer of truth and that is where the divine seed resides. Let the seed sprout, grow into a tree and when it starts producing its fruit, you will recognize how the inner self improves in the outside world. Personal growth always starts within. Our inner self should be the one guiding us at all times, determining how we exist in the world. That is the only way to become truly valuable.

When we meditate, our entire being overflows with peace. We can change our notion of ourselves and the world and invite more joy into our lives.

We will dedicate our time to meditation at this wonderful place and will instantly forget about all the stress, fears and concerns. You will have the opportunity to study this method every morning.

We will also offer soul soothing one-on-one conversations.

Melinda Bözsöny - Beauty Aesthetician - It is a true honour and delight to accompany the internal journey of this wonderful retreat by designing unique treatments as an international Spa Treatment Designer! Seven treatments, seven stages: we are aiming for perfect harmony with a holistic approach and by using Medical Beauty Research® luxury medical cosmetics (which contain trademarked active ingredients) for our facials and body treatments.
